UP Scholarship 2025-26 Online Application — Step by Step पूरी प्रक्रिया

उत्तर प्रदेश स्कॉलरशिप 2025-26 के लिए OTR (वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन) शुरू हो चुका है, आवेदन शुरू करने से पहले सभी छात्रों के OTR संपन्न करना होगा। Online application की complete process यहाँ दी गई है।

Method 2: PFMS Portal से Payment Status Check करें
